Under a feather swept sky, I said a prayer And set it free; My unborn longings, That took shape but never came to be. From a distance I seek harmony , a new perspective; I seek boundaries , To tether my unbounded soul. Endings never truly end ; Seeks reprieve, begins anew. Somewhere in the spectrum, Between space and time, Futile energy flows . Give me the strums of a guitar , I seek the song of every man . The green mountains to lay my back on , And above , a feather swept sky to gaze on . Maybe then I shall be , just a wee bit alright! Nearly 3 months of everyday Yoga does this to You . You learn to travel through the amazing life force within your body , push through the pain , let sweat like sweet salty raindrops drip from your body; realize , relate , reconnect , relearn how to take long never ending " in breaths" ; Bow down in humility , stretch out in strength, lie down in happy baby pose and let go in total body relaxation. My half an hour drive to reach my place of pilgrimage "The Yoga Retreat " in South Lake is the best thing that happened to me in a very long time. I long to reach there like a child would to the playground. And the glee / glow comes through an hour and sometimes 75 minutes of Vinyasa flow. I am contained inside of my body and my body contains me .The complexity may look simple from outside. Yet inside lies the sophisticated network of intricacies. The me is from many years of yesterdays. So don't try to know me from today . When I close my eyes I sleep with them. When I open my eyes I wake with them. Them  which comes in waves of longings,  them  which comes in knots of sufferings,  them  which comes in hopes of capabilities. Leave me alone for my thoughts will reflect my actions alone. Synchronization begins but never ends. Mundane minds with mundane distractions take away the true essence . The struggle persists , the seeking persists , the destination never really reached . The goal is elusive when the bait becomes an excuse of another better day . The reflection will one day fade away. So will hope for another better day.
